About Our Founder
Alan Ranzer
Many corporate social impact programs follow the same pattern: a one-off event, a photo, a checkbox. Employees feel good for an afternoon and forget it by Friday. The company moves on. Connectivity with the cause ends. Nonprofit relationship is over.
Alan co-founded and ran Impact 4 Good for nearly 20 years, facilitating team building events worldwide, working with companies across industries, and becoming one of the more recognized voices in the corporate social impact space. He started Community Service Concierge because after two decades, he knew exactly where the industry was falling short…and that he had been part of it.
CSC exists for companies that want more than a moment. Alan’s work is about helping corporations build and activate social impact strategies that stick; for their employees, their communities, and their culture.
